From June to December 2024, IMS Group Lithuania acted as the general contractor for the assembly of two concrete plants for one of the leading companies in concrete production – Heidelberg.
As part of the project, IMS Group carried out a full range of installation and construction works, including:
✔ Preparation and leveling of the ground for foundation installation.
✔ Manufacturing and installation of metal structures.
✔ Installation of silos for cement and other materials storage.
✔ Assembly of conveyor belts, loading units, and operational blocks.
✔ Installation of the boiler house and water treatment station.
✔ Welding and installation of process pipelines, pneumatic networks, and compressor systems.
✔ Full range of electrical installation works and equipment commissioning..
The project was executed in compliance with high safety standards, strict quality control, and international construction regulations.
Thanks to the efficient work of IMS Group Lithuania specialists, both plants were assembled on schedule, ensuring reliability, high performance, and uninterrupted operation of production lines.
