Following the successful completion of the reconstruction of the cheese production workshop, we were entrusted with another important task: the reconstruction of the curd production workshop. We dismantled the old fleet of reservoirs and forming equipment, and then installed a new CIP cleaning system and a new reservoir with tanks for curd fermentation. Then new forming equipment and pumps were fitted up, and all the necessary systems were connected to the CIP cleaning installation, all of which prepared the entire park for further productive work.
This reconstruction not only strengthened our position in the market but also significantly contributed to the development of the Lithuanian dairy industry. We are proud of our contribution to the success of Žemaitijos Pienas, AB and are grateful to this company for placing their trust in us.
